Navrhovat experimentální vinný dům je čirá meditace o tom, co všechno nemusíme dělat, když stavíme dům. Uděláme toho co nejméně. Nebudeme zateplovat, používat technologie, obkládat, kombinovat materiály. Budeme čistě tvořit. Našimi nástroji budou poezie a punk. Nebude to pro každého, ale komu to zachutná, bude to milovat. Kašlem na všechno. Když je zima, uděláme oheň. Když je tma, zapálíme svíčky, nebo necháme tmu působit. Nic nezavíráme, všechno je vidět. Lidi ať si sednou, kam chtěj a dělaj, co chtěj. Nemyslet na standardy a klišé je těžký, ale osvobozující.

To design an experimental winery is a pure meditation on what we don't have to do when we build a house. We do as little as possible. We don't add insulation, we don't use any technological advances, we don't clad or tile, we don't combine materials. We simply create. Our tools will be poetry and punk. It won't be for everyone, but whoever likes it will love it. Whatever. When it gets cold, we'll build a fire. When it gets dark, we'll light candles or let the darkness work its magic. We don't conceal anything, everything is exposed. People can sit wherever they want and do whatever they like. Not giving a damn about the norms and clichés is difficult, but liberating.

Nad sklepem svítí poslední paprsky slunce a olizují stopy rtěnky na dopitých sklenicích. Plameny ohně se odrážejí v zrcadle skleněných neviditelných stěn, které staví jedinou bariéru mezi námi a vinicí plnou nalitých hroznů. V dálce se sem tam blýskne řeka, kroutící se okolo Mělníka jako had. Vůně jídla se mísí se zemitou vlhkostí ze sklepa. Nadechuju odér, kterej vypráví o tom, jak se dělá víno. Napiju se ze skleničky a vše se stává ještě zřetelnějším. Nejlepší víno i zážitky tvoří odvaha, úcta a špetka drzosti. Stojím uprostřed vinice. Jsem tu sám, jen já, víno a tenhle barák.

The setting sun pours last shafts of light over the cellar, licking lipstick traces on the empty glasses. The flames of the fire are reflect in the mirror of the invisible glass walls that put the only barrier between us and the vineyard. In the distance, the river glimmers here and there, twisting around Mělník like a serpent. The smell of food blends with the earthy humidity of the cellar. I inhale an aroma that tells the story of how wine is produced. I take a sip from my glass and everything becomes even more apparent. The finest wines and the best experiences are made of courage, reverence and a dash of sass. I'm standing in the middle of a vineyard. It's just me, the wine and this house.

Dost možná nebudou pro každého, ani nemají být. Drzá poezie chutí, punk i Postřižiny. Síla okamžiku obvykle bývá v jeho jedinečnosti. Esenciální hloubka i aroma našich vín vzniká s úctou a láskou k původním postupům a recepturám stejně, jako k magii nahodilosti a experimentování. Zkrátka příběh. Příběh jako víno, stačí jenom naslouchat.“
